We personally meet all our students at their arrival airport. We know that arriving in a foreign country – especially if you are traveling alone can be a little frightening and so we are always there ready and waiting for you. The UIC staff member who has come to meet you will be wearing a UIC shirt, have photo I.D. and will have a clear sign with your name - like the one below.
You will then transfer to the school either by coach or minibus or in some cases by taxi. When you return to the airport, again you will be taken by our staff and they will wait in the airport until you have checked in. In the case of unaccompanied minors (under 16 year olds travelling alone) we will wait in the airport until the flight has taken off. Our staff in the airports all have mobile phones and constant access to our main offices at the schools and in London.
